Days 41-47

 

We recharged all of our electronics at LeFleur's Bluff State Park. The park was cool, and I feel like I didn't really get to see the park much because we were having troubles with the DVD production. It looks as if 10 episodes, plus extras was almost too much for the DVD. We were able to squeeze it all on there, but I'm just worried that the next DVD may only be able to fit 8 or 9 episodes with extras. I'll worry more about that when we reach that point. Our next destination would be Rocky Springs Campground.

Rocky Springs was a free campground, so after nagging Kim about the price for a while, she caved in and said we could manage it. It was a simple loop campground, with some interesting trails. One of these was the old Natchez Trace Parkway, and not the paved road that it is today. Although there was a sign that said

I eata the meat

 Well, it seems that my sarcasm isn't written very well. Kim has been a vegetarian for about 13 years now. I on the other hand, enjoy meat. My literature stinks.

Vegetarian?

You mentioned in the story that Kim likes meat and you did not. Are you a vegetarian? Just curious.
